Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using The Recipe Letter website at therecipeletters.com and subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

The Service

The Recipe Letter is a subscription service that delivers printed recipe cards and chef instruction sheets to subscribers. Shipments are sent twice monthly. The specific recipes included in each shipment are selected at our discretion and are not customizable.

Subscriptions and Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current rate of $20 per month.
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' notice to current subscribers.

Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account page.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to receive shipments through the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are generally not provided for partial billing periods. If you experience an issue with your order, contact us and we will work to make it right.

Gift Subscriptions

Gift subscriptions are prepaid for the selected duration (3, 6, or 12 months) and are non-refundable once the first shipment has been sent. Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew. The recipient may contact us to update their shipping address.

Shipping

• We ship to addresses within the United States via USPS First-Class Mail.
• You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.
• If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable, we will attempt to contact you to confirm your address before reshipping.

Intellectual Property

All recipes, content, designs, and materials provided through The Recipe Letter are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may use our recipes for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or publish our recipe cards or content without our written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Recipe Letter provides recipes and cooking instructions for informational purposes. We are not responsible for any injury, illness, or damage that may result from preparing or consuming recipes from our service. You are responsible for ensuring that recipes are suitable for your dietary needs and for following safe food handling practices.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify subscribers of material changes via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
